Return Conditions

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• If you receive a wrong, torn, or defective product, it will be replaced completely free of charge.
• The product must remain unused, unwashed, and unironed. All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• An unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel. Return or refund claims will not be accepted without a clear unboxing video.
• Customized or tailored clothing (made specifically to your measurements) is not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there are fitting issues, we provide alteration services.
